How do I use it?

Just create an account, optionally adding some of your movies to the database. Then page through and find one you want. If you see something you like, click "Request this copy." The owner will get an email telling them you want it. They give it to you (perhaps campus mail) and you give it back when you're done.

How many can I have at a time?

For now, there are no limits. If you abuse the system by requesting an unreasonable number of DVDs at a time, limitations will be imposed. A reasonable number is about 4.

Someone took my DVD and won't give it back!

I (Ted Carnahan) am not responsible for how the service is used. WartVid is just a way for individuals to exchange DVDs, and no money should ever change hands.
